New Tampa Apartments
Just a brief drive north around the corner from the university is a growing area called New Tampa. It came on the scene in 1988 and is predominately newer than other neighborhoods close to USF. Most New Tampa apartments were built in the 90s or later. Considered a trendy spot surrounded by restaurants, shopping and entertainment, check out New Tampa and see why many USF students live there.
